The Go Anywhere with Scepter® Contest
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: The Go Anywhere with Scepter® Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Ipex Electrical
Inc. ("the Sponsor"). The Contest starts at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on June 14, 2010 and closes at 11:59:59 PM
(ET) on September 05, 2010 (the "Contest Period"). All times are Eastern Times.
- ELIGIBILITY:
To enter the Contest and be eligible to win a prize, a person must be a legal resident of Canada, who has reached the age of majority
in the jurisdiction in which he/she resides at time of entry, who holds a valid Canadian driver’s license and who is not an employee,
officer or director of the Sponsor, its affiliated companies or agents, their respective advertising or promotional agencies, the
independent contest organization or a member of any such employee’s, officer’s or director’s immediate family (regardless of where
hey live) or persons with whom they are domiciled (whether related to the employee, officer or director or not). In these Official
Rules, “immediate family” includes mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, partner and/or spouse.
- HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST: There are two (2) ways to enter the Contest.
- During the Contest Period, visit www.sceptergoanywhere.ca (the “Contest Website”) and complete the online entry form
(the “Entry Form”) with your full name, complete mailing address (including postal code), daytime telephone number (including
area code), a valid email address and answer correctly, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise,
the mathematical skill-testing question. Next, indicate whether you would like to receive information regarding upcoming
promotions from the Sponsor (not mandatory for entry) and confirm compliance with the Official Contest Rules. Upon doing so,
click the “Submit” icon and you will be entered once into the Grand Prize Draw and once into the applicable Weekly Prize Draw.
You may only use one (1) email address to enter the Contest.

(including area code), a valid email address, the correct answer to the following mathematical skill testing question

All entries must be received on or before 11:59:59 PM (ET) on September 05, 2010 (the “Contest Closing Date”). Limit of one (1)
entry per person per day during the Contest Period regardless of method of entry. If it is discovered that you attempted to enter more
than the number of times permitted, all your entries will be void. Limit of one (1) Weekly Prize and/or Grand Prize per person.
- PRIZES: There will be a total of forty-nine (49) Prizes available to be won.
- Grand Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize available to be won, consisting of one (1) Argo 6x6 Frontier 580 vehicle as selected by the Sponsor with an approximate retail is $15,000.00 (CDN) including destination/freight charges and PST/GST. Manufacturer’s warranty applies to the Grand Prize. The winner will have the opportunity to select the exterior colour of the Grand Prize, subject to availability. The winner is solely responsible for all taxes and expenses which are not included in the prize description above, including but not limited to: registration and license fees, insurance, additional accessories and all other costs incurred in claiming, registering or using the vehicle. The winner is responsible for all costs associated with any upgrade or option package he/she may request and which the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, is willing to provide at winner’s cost. The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded, without substitution and is not transferable and has no cash surrender value. The Sponsor reserves the right in the event that the Grand Prize or any component of the Grand Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason in the event of lack of vehicle availability due to limited production, to substitute the Grand Prize or component of the Grand Prize of equal or greater value without liability.
- Weekly Prizes: There will be forty-eight (48) Weekly Prizes available to be won.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in the event that a Secondary Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value without liability.

WEEKLY PRIZE DRAWS: A random draw will take place the Monday following the relevant Weekly Contest
Period cut-off-dates from all eligible entries received on or before the relevant Weekly Contest Period cut-off-dates in
Oakville, ON at approximately 10:00 AM (ET). For example: the Draw for Week 1 Contest Period will take place on Monday June
21, 2010. If a Draw Date falls on a statutory holiday, the applicable Draw will take place the following business day.
Weekly Contest Period draw dates are as follows: June 21, 2010 for week 1; June 28, 2010 for week 2; July 05, 2010 for week 3;
July12, 2010 for week 4; July19, 2010 for week 5; July 26, 2010 for week 6, August 03, 2010 for week 7, August 09, 2010 for week 8,
August 16, 2010 for week 9, August 23, 2010 for week 10, August 30, 2010 for week 11 and September 07, 2010 for week 12.
PLEASE NOTE: Entries will be carried over into the following week’s draw. During each Weekly Draw, the first (1st) selected entrant
will be eligible for the Pentax Optio WS80 Digital Camera; the second (2nd) selected entrant will be eligible for the Mountain
Equipment C0-Op Tent Kit; the third (3rd) selected entrant will be eligible for Garmin GPS System and the fourth (4th) selected
entrant will be eligible for the Barbarian Rugby Hoodie. The odds of winning a Weekly Prize are solely dependant on the total
number of eligible entries received.
- GRAND PRIZE DRAW: A random draw will be held on September 09, 2010 at approximately 10:00 AM (ET) (the
“Grand Prize Draw Date”) in Oakville, ON from among all eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Date. Odds of being
selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Date. The selected entrant will be contacted
by mail or telephone within five (5) business days of the Draw Date. If the selected entrant (a) cannot be reached by mail or telephone
within five (5) business days of the Grand Prize Draw Date; (b) fails to correctly answer the skill testing question (see rule 8); or
(c) fails to return the properly executed Release Form within the specified time (see rule 8), then he/she will be disqualified and
another entrant will be randomly selected until such time as contact is made by mail or telephone with a selected entrant or there are
no more eligible entries, whichever comes first. The Sponsor will not be responsible for failed attempts to contact a selected entrant.
- GENERAL: By entering the Contest, entrants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of the
independent contest organization with respect to all aspects of the Contest, which decisions are final.
- To be declared the Grand Prize Winner, the selected entrant’s answer to the mathematical skill-testing question must be determined to
be correctly answered. The selected entrant will also be required to sign a Declaration and Release Form (the “Release Form”) confirming
compliance with the official rules, acceptance of the Grand Prize as awarded, without substitution, and releasing the Sponsor, its affiliated
and related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, the independent contest organization and their respective shareholders, directors,
officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability in connection with
the Grand Prize or the Contest. The Release Form must be returned within the time period specified on the Release Form or the Grand Prize will be
forfeited. The Grand Prize will be coordinated by the Sponsor with the Grand Prize winner upon receipt of his/her Release Form. The Grand Prize
winner will personally take delivery of the vehicle from an Argo dealership within Canada reasonably close to his/her residence as designated by
the Sponsor within sixty (60) days of being declared the Grand Prize winner after presenting adequate personal identification and otherwise complying
with the rules. The Grand Prize Vehicle will not be released unless the winner first shows proof of having a valid driver’s license in the
province or territory in which he/she resides and satisfactory insurance.
- To be declared a Weekly Prize Winner, a selected entrant’s answer to the mathematical skill-testing question must be determined to be correctly answered. If a selected entrant fails to correctly answer the skill testing question, then he/she will be disqualified and another entrant will be randomly selected. Upon verification, Weekly Prize winners will be sent by courier to the address on the Entry Form, their Weekly Prize by the independent contest organization within thirty (30) days.
- The Sponsor and its agencies accept no responsibility for loss, damage or claims caused by or resulting from the Contest or a Prize. By entering and accepting a Prize, each winner consents to the use of his/her name, address (city and province/territory) and/or photograph without further remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor with respect to the Contest.
- The Sponsor and the independent contest organization will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete or destroyed entries, all such entries are void. The Sponsor and the independent contest organization will not be liable for any failure of the Contest Website, do not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, printing errors, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer lines or networks, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof or any e-mail message or other communication sent or received during the Contest Period, for any reason. Entry material/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. The use of an invalid email address will disqualify the entry. Users spamming the same email address will disqualify the entry.
- In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder (defined below) of the email address submitted at the time of entry.
“Authorized account holder” is defined as the person who is: (a) assigned an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institute, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address with the selected entry. If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder associated with the email account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of a valid entry in this Contest will be the contest server machine(s). In the event it is determined that an entrant has entered in a fashion not sanction ed by these rules and/or has submitted more than the number of entries permitted by these rules, the entrant will be disqualified and all of the
entries submitted by the entrant will be disqualified.
- The Sponsor reserves the right, with the consent of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (the “Régie”) in the Province of Québec, to terminate or amend this Contest at any time and in any way, without prior notice. Without limiting the foregoing, if, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, such as tampering, the Sponsor reserves the right, with the consent of the Régie, to cancel the Contest and conduct the draw from all previously received eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Date. The Sponsor and the independent contest organization shall not be held responsible for any problems, errors or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the Contest, including, but not limited to, any damage to an entrant’s mobile phone, computer equipment, system, software or any combination thereof, as a result of the entrant’s participation in this Contest.
- All entries become the permanent property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. No correspondence will be entered into, except with the selected entrants. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
- For Québec residents only: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
- 16. The Sponsor respects your right to privacy. Personal information collected from entrants will only be used by the Sponsor to administer the Contest and fulfill any prize requirements and, only if consent is given at the time of entry, to provide the entrants with information regarding upcoming promotions and/or events from the Sponsor.
